You agree to maintain the accuracy of your registration information and to promptly update it should any details change.
Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) Account with hw777. The operation of multiple Accounts by a single Player — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or email addresses — is strictly prohibited. hw777 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate Accounts and to forfeit any Bonus Funds or winnings derived from their operation.

Verification requires submission of: (a) a clear copy of your valid Pakistani CNIC (front and back); (b) proof of ownership of the payment method used to deposit (e.g., screenshot of JazzCash or EasyPaisa account in your name); and (c) any additional documentation hw777 reasonably requires. hw777 will endeavour to complete KYC review within 24 to 48 hours of receiving complete documentation.
An Account that has recorded no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months is classified as inactive. hw777 reserves the right to deduct a monthly inactivity fee of Rs150 from the Balance of inactive Accounts, provided the Balance is sufficient to support such deduction. Players will be notified by email prior to the commencement of inactivity fee deductions.
hw777 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, and 1LINK. The minimum single deposit amount is Rs500. hw777 does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which hw777 accepts no liability. Deposits are credited to your hw777 Account Balance in PKR.
Deposit Processing Times: JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits at hw777 are credited to your Balance in real time — typically under 60 seconds. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan, and Raast may take 2 to 24 hours depending on network conditions.
You may only deposit funds into your hw777 Account from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members, friends, or any other individuals — are prohibited and may result in Account suspension pending investigation. hw777 reserves the right to return deposits made from third-party payment methods and to require re-deposit via an approved method.
The hw777 Platform operates in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) as its primary currency. All displayed balances, bet amounts, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in PKR. hw777 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and no currency conversion services are offered through the Platform.
Withdrawals from an hw777 Account are subject to the following conditions: (a) the Account must have completed KYC verification; (b) the withdrawal amount must not exceed the available Balance net of any locked Bonus Funds; (c) the minimum withdrawal amount is Rs500; (d) any applicable Wagering Requirements attached to claimed bonuses must have been satisfied in full before the associated funds become withdrawable.

Daily withdrawal limits vary by VIP tier: Silver tier Players may withdraw up to Rs100,000 per day; Gold tier Rs250,000; Platinum tier Rs500,000; and Royal Crest tier Players should contact their dedicated account manager regarding enhanced withdrawal arrangements. hw777 reserves the right to process exceptionally large withdrawal amounts in tranches.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit of equivalent or greater value. Where this is not technically possible, hw777 will contact the Player to arrange an alternative compliant withdrawal method.

All bonuses are subject to: (a) the specific terms of the individual promotion; (b) these General Bonus Terms; and (c) these Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these General Bonus Terms, the specific promotion terms prevail.
Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all Bonus Funds credited to an hw777 Account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 25× (twenty-five times) the bonus amount before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings that remain subject to incomplete wagering requirements upon expiry are forfeited without further notice.
Welcome Bonus Example: If you deposit Rs5,000 and receive a 100% welcome bonus of Rs5,000 at hw777, the Bonus Funds carry a 25× wagering requirement, meaning you must wager Rs125,000 (Rs5,000 × 25) before the bonus and any associated winnings become withdrawable. Your real-money deposit remains available for withdrawal at any time subject to standard withdrawal conditions.
hw777 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; placing opposing bets to complete wagering requirements without risk; using automated software to satisfy wagering requirements; and any other activity that hw777 reasonably determines constitutes exploitation of its promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is detected, hw777 reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, forfeit associated winnings, and suspend or terminate the Player's Account.
hw777 reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any Player for any promotion at its sole discretion. hw777 may withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that Players who have already validly claimed a promotion will not be adversely affected by such modification.

In the event of any discrepancy between the game interface and these Terms & Conditions regarding game-specific matters, the game interface rules prevail for that specific game.

Bets are accepted at hw777's absolute discretion. hw777 reserves the right to decline, limit, or cancel any bet where it determines grounds to do so, including where a bet is placed on erroneous odds due to system error.
Minimum and maximum stake limits for individual games and sports betting markets are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface. hw777 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time and without notice. hw777 may impose individual Player-level stake restrictions where it determines such action is appropriate.
hw777 reserves the right to declare any bet or wager void and refund the stake where: (a) the bet was accepted due to a technical error; (b) the odds or game outcome were manifestly erroneous; (c) the underlying event was cancelled, postponed, or abandoned under conditions specified in hw777's Sports Betting Rules; or (d) hw777 suspects match-fixing or irregular betting activity related to the event in question.

Breach of any prohibition listed in this section may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all Account Balances and Bonus Funds pending hw777's investigation.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes hw777's liability for death or personal injury caused by hw777's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
hw777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time where hw777 reasonably determines that: (a) the Player has breached these Terms & Conditions; (b) the Account is being used in a manner that is fraudulent, illegal, or harmful to the integrity of the Platform; (c) a regulatory or legal obligation requires such action; or (d) KYC verification has not been satisfactorily completed within a reasonable period of request.
Where an Account is suspended or closed due to a Player's breach of these Terms, hw777 reserves the right to forfeit all Bonus Funds and associated winnings. Real-money deposits will be returned to the Player after deduction of any amounts legitimately owed to hw777, subject to satisfactory KYC completion and the outcome of any fraud investigation.

Where an amendment is material — meaning it substantially affects your rights or obligations under this Agreement — hw777 will provide at least seven (7) days' notice by email to your registered address and by a notice displayed on the hw777 Platform prior to the amendment taking effect.
Continued use of the hw777 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account by contacting hw777 support.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to hw777's operating jurisdiction under its international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute between you and hw777 arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, the parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution through hw777's internal complaints procedure before pursuing any external remedy.
